COME ALONG AND MEET THE CURRENT STUDIOS HOLDERS, HAVE A GLASS OF WINE AND SEE THE ADDITIONAL STUDIO SPACES FOR LET

We are pleased to advise that due to further expansion, additional studio spaces are shortly to become available at the popular Commercial Square studios site in High Wycombe and we are inviting local artists to come along to view and express their interest. Rents are from  approx £90 - £170 per month, depending on square footage of each studio and are exclusive of business rates.

We are inviting those of you who are already on our waiting list along with other interested parties. We are looking for professional artists, who intend to use the space on a regular basis (i.e. those who intend to be in at least 2/3 days per week)and we would like to get a good diverse mix of work and foster an atmosphere of co-operation and collaboration within the current artistic community, therefore, we are keen to find studio holders that will contribute to the group as well as pursuing their own work.

It is envisaged that the studios will be available from EARLY SEPTEMBER but this still has to be confirmed.

We intend to invite interested artists along to view the studios on an evening towards the end of August - initially for a look round and a chat with some of the present studio holders. If we do not have enough spaces for everyone who is keen, we will add you to our waiting list. I will send out the evening viewing date to all those who have emailed me with an expression of interest, as soon as I have confirmation from the landlord on start dates.
