Visual artists from all disciplines are invited to submit upto 6 works for selection. A £15.00
hanging fee per artist will be charged. This fee will be returned if the artists work is not hung.

Commission will not be charged on any works sold. As a condition of entry into the exhibition artists are also requested to donate a postcard size peice of original artwork for a silent auction. All proceeds will go to Wycombe Community Arts Centre Limited.

To add an artwork for submission just click on '+ Start Discussion' below. Each discussion can be a new artwork or you can include multiple artworks in your discussion. You can easily upload images and text about the picture using the buttons provided. Ideally images should be no more than 700 pixels wide. Remember to include your contact details and the name and the price of the artwork for each image uploaded. The application form can be downloaded by clicking the following link.

This form must be completed and posted with your cheque to the address provided. Deadline for submission is 14th November. Artists will be informed of their inclusion week commencing 24th November.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

HANDING IN - at St John's Church, Desborough Road - Thursday 4th December between 10am and 12 noon, there is limited parking in the courtyard outside the church

COLLECTION OF WORK AND COLLECTION OF SOLD WORK - Sunday 7th December between 2pm and 4 pm - PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO STORAGE FACILITY AND ALL WORK MUST BE COLLECTED AT THE DESIGINATED TIME

Please be advised that although we will endeavour to hang some of everyone's work, we may not be able to hang all pieces submitted. The curator's decision is final on this.

PLEASE REMEMBER the following:

· that artists are responsible for insuring their own work.

· to volunteer for a stewarding slot - there will be a rota on the booking in desk when you deliver your work - so please fill in a time when you are able to help for 2 hours.

· to bring along your 'postcard' size piece of work for the silent auction - don't sign on the front but please put your name and contact details on the reverse.

· all work must be labelled as per the Terms and Conditions available on this site - under Groups/Artists Exhibition

· to invite all your family and friends along to this event both the art exhibition and the performing arts concerts on Fri and Sat evenings - we are trying to prove the potential of St John's as a vibrant art centre and the numbers of people attending will reflect the measure of our success.

· with regard to payment for any sold art work - we are happy to take a cheque or cash on behalf of participating artists but will ring you so you can arrange to come in on the Sunday afternoon and make your own arrangements with the buyer i.e. you may wish for cheques to clear before handing over work.
