Here is the description of CATS from the Arts in Slough website:
CATS is our free, four day practical course for running arts projects in the community. It is designed for anyone interested in running arts projects and covers: fundraising, marketing, allies and partners, working with professional artists, project planning, legal aspects and evaluation. The course has attracted regional and national attention and is now also being run in other areas including Surrey, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.
