The network's so good you joined it twice!

Hello Matthew - Thank you so much for your positive comments on my paintings. You are always welcome to come down to the studio to have a chat and look at the work 'in the flesh' - egg tempera is one of those mediums that really needs to be seen - it has a beautiful lustrous surface which is quite unlike any other medium - and with the gold too - the images have quite a richness about them

So if you find yourself in Wycombe one day - come along - best to call me on the mobile first though, do you have a normal email I could mail the number to rather than putting it on the network - we all keep funny hours down there - I'm usually there from about 10 to 4ish but not every day. Have you been to Commercial Sq before - there are 11 artists' studios there so there maybe other work you could have a look at too. If you don't know the studios I will direct you to my website that has directions and a map on.


Then we can chat about the paintings you mentioned - although the Still Woodland was done as a commission and I am just undertaking another commission on this theme in a similar style - Midnight Garden has just been entered for a woodland competition, but I will still have it at the studio for a couple more weeks.
